Zahra Abdulamir Recognized for Leadership in Financial Risk Management at Al Mara’a Awards 2026

In recognition of her role in enhancing financial risk management practices, Ms. Zahra Abdulamir, Chief Risk Officer at Oman Arab Bank, was honored with the “Woman Leader in Financial Risk Management Award” during the 15th Annual Al Mara’a Summit & Awards 2026, held in Muscat under the theme “Women’s Leadership: Driving the Economy of the Future.
The recognition highlights Zahra Abdulamir’s significant contribution to strengthening risk governance frameworks and advancing proactive risk management practices within the Bank. Through her leadership, Oman Arab Bank continues to reinforce institutional resilience, align risk management with strategic growth ambitions, and maintain strong governance standards in an evolving financial landscape.
As Chief Risk Officer, Zahra Abdulamir oversees the Bank’s comprehensive risk management framework across credit, market, operational, and strategic risk areas.
