Oman Arab Bank Strengthens Customer Relationships at Salalah Recognition Event

Oman Arab Bank (OAB) recently hosted a special customer gathering in Salalah, bringing together customers and representatives of the Bank to strengthen connections, encourage open dialogue and celebrate the partnerships that continue to shape their shared journey. Held under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Marwan bin Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar, the event reflected OAB’s belief that meaningful customer relationships extend beyond banking services and are built through trust, understanding and continuous engagement. It provided a valuable platform for customers to connect directly with the Bank’s team, exchange perspectives and gain further insight into OAB’s evolving range of financial solutions.

The program opened with a welcome address, followed by a keynote speech from Jumaa Al Fulaiti, Deputy Head of Retail Banking at Oman Arab Bank. In his remarks, Al Fulaiti highlighted the important role customers play as partners in the Bank’s continued development and in shaping banking experiences that are relevant, responsive and accessible.

Commenting on the occasion, Jumaa Al Fulaiti said: “Our relationship with our customers is founded on partnership, trust and a shared understanding of their aspirations. Opportunities such as this allow us to connect more closely, listen to their perspectives and deepen the relationships we have built over the years. Their confidence continues to inspire us to develop flexible and relevant solutions that support their financial goals at every stage.”

Through such engagements, Oman Arab Bank continues to place customer partnership at the heart of its approach. By maintaining open channels of communication and creating opportunities for meaningful interaction, the Bank remains committed to building enduring relationships and serving as a trusted financial partner to customers across the Sultanate of Oman.
