OAB Signs Strategic MoU with United Finance to Enhance Customer-Centric Financial Services
Oman Arab Bank (OAB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United Finance Company (UFC), marking a strategic collaboration aimed at advancing customer-centric financial solutions through the adoption of the e-Mandate facility. The agreement was signed during an official ceremony between Mr. Sulaiman Al Harthi, Chief Executive Officer of Oman Arab Bank, and Mr. Nasser Salim Al Rashdi, Chief Executive Officer of United Finance Company.
The partnership reflects a shared ambition to simplify financial processes and elevate the customer experience by enabling secure, automated payment solutions. By leveraging the e-Mandate framework, both institutions will work together to introduce more efficient and transparent mechanisms for managing recurring payments, empowering customers with greater control and convenience in meeting their financial commitments.
This collaboration builds on Oman Arab Bank’s broader digital transformation journey, which focuses on strengthening financial infrastructure and expanding the scope of smart banking services across the Sultanate of Oman.
