Position: Product and Onboarding Officer
Division: Corporate Banking Division


Job Summary:

As part of the product and onboarding section within the Payments and Cash Management Department, being responsible for overall operations and customer service delivery is managed as per the service level agreements and quality standards

To ensure that all critical checks are completed from an audit and compliance perspective

Job Responsibilities:
Product – Responsible to ensure recurring and end to end quality checks of all Products and services through various stages of delivery up to commercialization in collaborations with project managers, vendors, IT and other stakeholders.
– Ensure improvements or system enhancements to any ongoing service or product solutions are implemented within reasonable time frames to address any client feedback or requirements
– Manage all product life cycle stages.
– Ensure products are stress tested to the utmost.
– Support to prepare monthly MIS on products activity. Market analysis at regular intervals.
– Apply Agile or waterfall methods when executing a project.
– Support product manager to build the road map, conduct product road show.
Onboarding – Ensure all operational aspects, such as setting up of Customer Profiles, Account onboarding, User set up, Password/Device management and all other operational aspects are well managed based on published SLAs post system and offline approvals.
– All the audit guidelines are adhered and setups are completed with maximum accuracy.
– Ensure all system functions are adequately checked and verified including the management of device warehousing for the internet banking channel
– Support Client Management team as a first point of contact for client escalation for resolving all the customer issues / complaints.
– Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
– Active participation in the CIB initiatives and projects.
– Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Experience & Qualification Required:
– A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Admin, Finance.
– 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
