Transforming Banking Convenience: OAB Expands ITM and ATM Capabilities for Customers in Oman
Muscat, 8 September 2025: Oman Arab Bank (OAB) has announced the rollout of a wide range of innovative services through its Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), further strengthening its commitment to delivering seamless, technology-driven banking solutions. Among the key enhancements is the ability for customers to instantly print debit cards for new issuance, replacement or renewal at select OAB branches, eliminating the traditional wait time.
Customers can now walk in and walk out with their debit card ready to use at the following locations: Head Office in Ghubra, Al Khuwair, City Centre Muscat, Al Khoud, Medical City and Salalah Branches. The instant printing service covers a variety of card types including Classic (male and female), Advantage, Platinum, Elite and Prepaid.
Beyond card issuance, OAB’s ITMs and ATMs are designed as a one-stop digital service hub, allowing customers to transfer funds locally and internationally, pay utility bills, make donations, request cheque books, update contact details, manage PINs, adjust daily debit card spending limits, pay credit card dues and access account statements with ease.
