Empowering SMEs and Employee Wellbeing: OAB Welcomes Rusayl Diagnostic Center at Head Office
Muscat. 11 October, 2025. Oman Arab Bank (OAB) recently hosted one of its successful SME clients, Rusayl Diagnostic Center (RDC), at the Bank’s Head Office as part of its ongoing efforts to support local businesses and promote employee wellbeing. The one-day activation saw enthusiastic participation from staff members across departments, reflecting OAB’s strong internal culture of engagement and community.
The RDC stall showcased a range of specialized diagnostic and healthcare services available in the Sultanate of Oman, offering OAB employees exclusive discounts and coupons for selected medical examinations and treatments. The initiative aimed to encourage preventive healthcare and promote easy access to quality medical services for employees.
A highlight of the event was RDC’s introduction of a remote examination service, offered exclusively to OAB’s senior management. This unique service enables medical professionals to conduct a variety of diagnostic tests directly in the offices or homes of senior employees, thus bringing healthcare convenience to a new level.
