Reconciliation Manager

Position: Reconciliation Manager

Job Summary:
As the Team Leader reconciliation of the card operations department, shall be responsible of monitoring and executing day to day reconciliation related activities.

Job Responsibilities:
– Reviewing of daily cards reconciliation activities to ensure it is free of error.
– Reviewing of daily cards operations activities relates to registration and updates.
– Sending the daily card transactions reports to Visa and MasterCard for validation.
– Receive the daily card transaction statements from Visa and MasterCard.
– Handling all corrections regarding to cards transactions with Visa and MasterCard.
– Ensuring all card transactions are corrected within the recognized timeframe.
– Review of card transactions in case of any gapes with account and resolve it accordingly.
– Ensure payments settlements with Visa and MasterCard according to the recognized timeframe.
– Ensure data are matching between Vision+ and YourCore systems and validate the updates.
– Handling cards related insurance matters.
– Communicating with IT department regarding Visa and MasterCard issues.
– Reviewing of Visa and MasterCard quarterly reports.
– Prepare the monthly CBO report related to card operations department,
– Prepare the monthly insurance report related to card operations department.
– Lead, Guide and Develop the card reconciliation team’s performance on an ongoing basis.
– Participate in Card Operations initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned.
– Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
– Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Experience & Qualification Required:
– Degree in IT/Accounting equivalent.
– 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
