Oman Arab Bank's “Fil Khidma”  Call Center is introduced to ease your banking convenience and become "your bank over the phone!". You can now conduct various financial and non-financial transactions using the telephone at your convenient, and totally free of charge! All Oman Arab Bank customers are pre-registered to "Fil Khidma" and can activate the service by simply calling us on 27544444 or visiting the nearest branch.

The service is available to you 7 days a week including Fridays and public holidays. You can contact our Phone Banking Consultants daily from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm, or conduct your banking needs through our automated service available 24 x 7.

  • Loan Related queries
  • Exchange Rates information
  • Interest Rates information
  • Product information
  • Report loss of your cards
  • Service Information like working hours, Br. & ATM locations
  • Enable and Disable SMS Alerts & Internet Banking Services
  • Handling customers complaints
  • Handling all inquires.
  • All Cards Activation
  • Top-up  mobile recharge (Oman mobile & Nawras)
  • Request for account statement.
  • Change of T-PIN (TeleBanking Personal Identification Number)
  • Utility bill payments (Telephone, Internet and Mobile for Omantel and Oman Mobile users, water and electricity bills)
