Are there any age restrictions?
The cover applies to individuals aged from 18 years and above.
Do I have to pay my premium monthly or annually?
The premium is paid annually.
Can I pay my premium by Cash?
The premium can only be paid by direct debit from your account. However, you can deposit the cash into your Oman Arab Bank account and then it can be paid by direct debit.
What document I will be given when I take the insurance?
You will be given the original ROP form and the original insurance policy. In the case of UAE cover, you will be given the original Orange card in addition to the previous.
What if I loose my insurance policy?
No need to worry. You can always contact your Oman Arab Bank Branch and they will be happy to provide you with a duplicate insurance policy.
