The Corporate Finance & Advisory Division (CF&A) is an active player in issue management and advisory services (such as IPO, Rights issuing & Private Placements, collecting bank) raising more than US$2 billion. IMG has managed some of the key public issues in Oman including Voltamp, Galfar Engineering, and Bank Sohar. It plays an active role in developing issue management process in Oman in coordination with the Capital Market Authority.

Corporate Advisory focuses on providing services related to Private Equity, M&A, divestures, private placements, strategic partnerships, valuations.
