Department: Logisitics Services .

Job Responsibilities:

-Supervise a full range of hard and soft facilities services on behalf of an organisation, either through the management of a directly employed Facilities workforce, or through the management of outsourced service providers.

-Overseeing minor works and projects undertaken by the team for expansion of new branches or ATMs.

-Accountable for expenditure associated with Facilities services and ensure all operations are carried out as per the assigned budget.

-Overseeing the operations of various facilities or services including cleaning, electricity, plumbing, leasing, storekeeping,etc.

-Supervise multidisciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and stores.

-Adhere to the facilities budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

-Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

-Develop plans and procedures regarding building evacuation, weather emergencies, natural calamities general safety, in-service training, etc.

-Arrange and provide HSE trainings to the staff from time to time basis.

-Involve in periodic security inspection for the branches and ATMs to ensure all the branches and ATMs are in compliance with the bank’s security policies and procedures.

-Coordinate departmental activities with external agencies; like local police and fire departments for emergencies, preventive and investigative actions.

-Ensuring the main server is online and connecting to Client workstations.

-Checking the synchronization between SQL database and Oracle server for Time & Attendance reporting.

-Checking network connectivity from Server to all controllers on all floors.

-Adding New Employee cards, visitor cards and trainee details with appropriate access levels onto database as per records given from HR and logistics team on a day to day basis.
