Position Title: Innovation Manager
The Innovation Manager will support Head of Innovation and will play a key role in filling the future innovation pipeline. The person in this position will be responsible for understanding business objectives, working through consumer insights to ideate new products and then shepherd those new ideas through a product development process. This person will also lead the projects with cross functional teams through testing and commercialization.
The person must demonstrate consumer empathy, as well as excellent teamwork, communication skills, organization and project management skills. Exposure to variety of market research techniques and experience in data analysis is also important.
Qualification & Experience Needed:
– Degree in Information Technology or other related field
– At least 5 years of relevant experience in system implementation or IT Project Management (Preferably Banking)
– Strong Communication & Presentation skills
– Fluent English & Arabic Language
– Strong experience in technology research, discovery and innovative solutions
– Excellent leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
